Nancy’s real estate journey began more than a decade ago while she was working as a Global Supply Chain Program Manager at Fortune 500 companies such as Apple and Oracle. During that time, she founded her own real estate investment company, where she discovered her passion for helping people build wealth through real estate. She has helped investors acquire, manage, renovate, and sell more than a hundred properties, delivering strong returns through strategic planning and market insight.

Her solid background in finance, supply chain management, cost optimization, risk analysis, negotiation, and project management gives her clients a distinct advantage. Nancy approaches every transaction with a data-driven mindset while never losing sight of her clients’ personal goals. Whether negotiating the best terms, identifying investment opportunities, or navigating complex transactions, she is known for providing thoughtful advice and exceptional service.

After more than 11 years of success in real estate investment and property management, Nancy joined Compass as a full-time REALTOR®. Within her first year, she successfully closed over $10 million in sales volume and began building her own real estate team. As Nancy puts it, “Real estate isn’t just my career—it’s where I found my passion and my purpose.”

Outside of real estate, Nancy enjoys reading, singing, gardening, cooking, playing basketball, martial arts, and spending time with her family. She also volunteers as a basketball and karate coach at her children’s school. A dedicated martial artist, she was a two-time Northern California Karate Tournament Champion in both Kata and Kumite (Free Sparring). As a member of her university basketball team, Nancy competed in the Chinese University Basketball Association (CUBA), where her team earned third place in the national championship.

Nancy holds a B.A. in Finance from Beijing Technology and Business University and an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, one of the world’s most respected business schools for international business education. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Japanese, allowing her to serve a diverse range of clients throughout the Bay Area.
