Nancy Sobol

I am a Licensed Illinois Real Estate Agent with over 30 years of experience representing both buyers and sellers in McHenry County. I pride myself on maintaining close relationships with my clients and paying close attention to detail. I ensure my clients that their involvement with me is going to be a very positive one and I strive to make every transaction I am involved with as easy and efficient as possible. I am very passionate about my work and seeing my clients fall in love with a property gives me such joy.

I've been a McHenry County resident for over 35 years and truly love where I get to work and live. I’m involved in the local community and have held the positions of President of Bull Valley Associations and I am a Board of Trustees member for the Village of Bull Valley. A few of my professional credentials include Board of Directors Member of Heartland Realtors® Organization, Illinois Association of Realtors® Professional Standards Committee Member, Member of Residential Sales Council and Certified Residential Specialist, and Member of REBAC and Accredited Buyer Specialist.

When I am not working, I also volunteer my time at Meals on Wheels and various local nonprofit organizations. Outside of real estate, I keep myself busy between my passion for my family, cooking, running, snowshoeing, skiing, and knitting.
