As Director of Operations for Michael J. Franco’s team at Compass, Naomi plays a key role in ensuring transactions run smoothly from start to finish. With over 10 years of experience in New York City real estate, she understands the importance of clear communication and strong relationships—especially in a fast-paced and often complex market.
Known for her ability to listen closely, anticipate needs, and manage details both large and small, Naomi is deeply committed to creating an experience that feels organized, transparent, and as stress-free as possible for everyone involved.
Before entering real estate, Naomi worked in New York’s food and music industries, where she developed a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs further shaped her strong work ethic, integrity, and practical approach to business.
A New Yorker since 1997, Naomi has lived in neighborhoods throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn and now calls the Historic Concourse section of the Bronx home, near Yankee Stadium. She is the proud mom of a teenage daughter, a devoted rescue-dog parent, a lifelong baseball fan, and an enthusiastic supporter of local businesses—especially alongside her neighbors and fellow Yankees fans. Fluent in Japanese, Naomi also embraces her cultural background as an integral part of her life and work.
