Since graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee in 1997, Chris Koch has called Nashville, Tennessee ‘home’. After successful career positions in medical and surgical sales, Chris moved into the world of real estate investment in 2012 when he began buying, renovating and selling houses in the Nashville market during the Great Recession. Five years and 70 house flips later, along with a Licensed General Contractor designation earned in 2014, Chris got his affiliate broker license and began representing homeowner and investor clients on their real estate purchase and sale transactions. In his first full year as a Realtorˆ in 2017, Chris closed 106 real estate transactions for his clients, earning him the 2017 Greater Nashville Realtors Rookie of the Year award and finishing 2017 as an overall Top 100 Realtorˆ in Nashville. Since 2017, Chris has bought or sold over $25 million in real estate for his clients and as a real estate investor and Realtorˆ, he has negotiated thousands of real estate contracts.
Chris currently owns five rental houses, an Airbnb house and urban land that has been successfully rezoned to market to commercial developers, so whatever your real estate plans are, he has the experience to help with all your primary residence and investment needs.
