"My partner and I had been through several buyers agents during our search for our first house/investment property, before we met Natalia at an open house in DT Jersey City. Although we did not express interest in that particular house, she seemed to know the Jersey City/Hoboken area very well and was very kind and knowledgeable. We met with her a few more times to see other properties over the course of a few months around JC/Hoboken/JSQ and she was very helpful during the whole home searching process. She was never late to an appointment and always knew who to contact and what questions to ask -- a huge difference in comparison to the other agents we had worked with who had forgotten keys, been 30-40mins late to appointments, and failed to find out much about the property and rent/comps. She explained to us how the whole home search process works, from putting in an offer to closing, and provided insight on many things about flood zones, historic requirements, renovations, comps in the area, etc. We put in 3 offers through her, and with each offer, she was always readily available for questions and communication with the other parties. Whatever questions we threw at her, she made sure to respond within a reasonable time frame. We finally closed on a house in the JSQ area a week ago after almost 6 months of searching and we're really happy with our experience with Natalia. I don't think that things would have went very smoothly without her guiding us the whole way. We highly recommend her for the whole home buying process, especially if it's your first time!! "I almost never write reviews, but I'm making an exception because Natalia is the best realtor in Jersey City. My husband and I met Natalia at an open house she was hosting in Paulus Hook. Before meeting Natalia we had met up with 2 other realtors, but neither of them impressed us. Immediately upon meeting Natalia, we realized we wanted to work with her. She took notes when we spoke about what kind of home we were looking for. Seems simple enough, right? But no one else did this! And it wasn't just note-taking. Natalia actually listened to us and understood us. She was patient in showing us many places around our busy work schedules and working with us to submit offers for homes we were interested in. She really represented us in negotiating with sellers - she counseled us on what was the right amount to offer and didn't push us to offer more (she even counseled us against it when we were tempted to increase our offer because we liked our apartment so much and of course she was right!). "Natalia has been our realtor for the last 6 years. Initially, she came recommended by a friend who had done a few transactions with Natalia. I have also heard good things about Natalia from some of my neighbors. From selling our condo and renting out our investment apartment to helping us find a perfect house, Natalia’s guidance has been vital every step of the way.
