About Natalie
Natalie began her real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, where she worked as a Research Analyst covering the Walnut Creek and Solano County industrial and office markets. In that role, she prepared quarterly market reports and supported brokerage teams with data analysis and trend insights.
She later moved into commercial property management, assisting with operations and tenant relations for several portfolios of Bay Area assets. In 2019, Natalie launched her own business, gaining firsthand experience as a tenant and small business owner.
After several years of entrepreneurship, Natalie is now transitioning back into real estate, combining her analytical background, operational experience, and client-focused approach to support Compass’s mission and her growing network in the Bay Area.
