Natalie Hatvany Kitchen

Natalie is a discerning and results-driven real estate broker-associate specializing in the purchase and sale of single-family homes, condominiums, TICs, and multi-unit buildings throughout San Francisco. A second-generation real estate professional, Natalie grew up immersed in the city’s residential market, giving her an intuitive understanding of its neighborhoods, architecture, and ever-evolving dynamics.

With a background in law and a sharp eye for data, Natalie approaches real estate with the precision of an attorney and the insight of a seasoned negotiator. She blends rigorous market analysis with a strategic mindset, aiming for one goal: to deliver a seamless, successful experience for every client—whether it’s a first-time buyer, seasoned investor, or long-time homeowner.

Natalie is an alumna of Convent of the Sacred Heart and Choate Rosemary Hall, earned her BA from Yale University, and received her JD from Harvard Law School. She also completed a year of focused study in California real estate law at UC Berkeley. Before transitioning into real estate, she practiced law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

Since 2010, Natalie has partnered with top-producing agent Nina Hatvany as a key member of Team Hatvany Kitchen, San Francisco’s #1 real estate team. In that time, she’s been involved in more transactions than most agents will see in a lifetime. Known for her tireless work ethic and a practical yet creative approach, Natalie brings clarity, confidence, and calm to every step of the process. Her legal training and strong analytical skills make her especially adept at disclosure review and risk mitigation, ensuring clients are protected and empowered throughout the process.

Having grown up around development sites and now an avid remodeler herself, Natalie brings a trained eye to every property. She advises clients on everything from a home’s hidden potential to strategic upgrades that maximize value—whether preparing to sell or looking to create a dream space.

Natalie lives in Cow Hollow with her husband and three sons. She is an active volunteer at her kids’ school and serves on the Honorary Board of Larkin Street Youth Services, where she chaired its real estate committee for nine years.
