Hi, I'm Natalie Moretz, a Realtor® and Broker Associate with the MJ Realty Team at Compass. I help people buy and sell homes in Keller, Southlake, Colleyville, and across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
I'm a native Texan, born and raised in Arlington. Before real estate, I spent 11 years in corporate medical device sales and management. That experience shaped how I see this business. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make, and I treat it that way. In 2019, my sister Emily and I started the MJ Realty Team, and I've loved every minute since.
My favorite part of this job is helping people see what's possible. For sellers, that might mean finding out what your home could sell for in today's market. For buyers, it might mean figuring out which neighborhood and price range make the most sense for your family. I'll help you sort out your options, then find a way to make it happen.
A move can bring up a lot of emotion. I help my clients step back, look at the facts, and make smart choices that fit their lives. I'll always be honest with you, even when it's not what you want to hear.
Keller's been home since 2017. I live here with my husband, our two kids, and our two dogs, so I know this area as a neighbor, not just an agent. When I'm not working, I'm usually on the soccer field coaching or spending time with family and friends.
