Natassia Horowitz

Natassia was born and raised in Houston. Natassia has a unique and interesting heritage. As one who has been fortunate enough to live in several different countries, as well as in Los Angeles, Boston and New York City, Natassia has a broad worldview and can relate to and understand, from firsthand experience, the issues buyers and sellers face when moving from place to place. “I feel my job is not just to sell, but also to listen to what my clients' needs and wants are, and to know the difference,'' she says. The beginning of her life was spent between her mother's country, Colombia, and Houston. Natassia attended Emerson College, where she majored in television-related studies. She worked in TV production and sales before pursuing a career in real estate. She excels in writing and is very creative and innovative — skills that come into play when she markets and sells her clients' homes. She has a great eye for staging and marketing which helps sellers sell property, and also she has a knack for helping buyers visualize the potential of the houses they purchase. Her other attributes include level-headedness, conscientiousness, engaging with clients, having sensitivity to other's needs, a strong work ethic, and excellent negotiating skills. “I work very hard for my clients and think outside the box to market a property,” she says. Natassia's hobbies include traveling, the arts, and dealing with people.
