Raised between New York and Seattle before relocating to Los Angeles, Nate Grivas brings a market-driven, strategic perspective to real estate shaped by fast paced, opportunity-focused environments. He earned his degree in Marketing and Business Law from Loyola Marymount University, a foundation that directly informs his approach to valuation, positioning, and negotiation.
Before entering real estate, Nate built experience through entrepreneurship and branding, operating a sneaker and apparel resale business that strengthened his understanding of pricing strategy, market timing, negotiation, and consumer demand. He also supported branding and audience engagement initiatives for companies such as Strauss, experience that now translates into how properties are marketed and opportunities are positioned in competitive Los Angeles markets.
Drawn to real estate for its intersection of strategy, relationships, and long term value creation, Nate takes a modern, relationship-driven approach centered on targeted outreach, strong brand exposure, and clear market positioning.
