Nate Gustavson

Nate Gustavson is a Senior Vice President specializing in single-family residential and multifamily property sales out of Compass’ Burlingame office. For the past eleven years, Nate has been exclusively representing buyers and sellers in the acquisition, disposition, and 1031 exchange of both single-family residential and multifamily investment properties in both San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties.

As a long-term resident of Pacifica and San Mateo County, I am an expert in this area. My knowledge will help you find the right home for your now and future needs, alongside your investment goals. Prior to joining Compass Nate spent over eight years as a real estate broker with Marcus & Millichap earning the title of First Vice President, and achieving six consecutive Sales Recognition Awards, and three National Achievement Awards.

Nate is a member of the San Mateo County Association of Realtors (SAMCAR), MLS, LoopNet, CoStar, the Tri-County Apartment Association, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He and his wife, Danielle, welcomed their first son Julian to the world in January of 2019. In his free time, Nate enjoys playing basketball, snowboarding, golfing and spending time with his family in Lake Tahoe.
