About Nate
The son of two Colorado natives, Nate spent his childhood in Phoenix dreaming of a day he could migrate to a much cooler Colorado. While it wasn’t instantaneous, he always knew he would end up in the place that was so special to him.

After graduating Cum Laude from American University, Nate left Washington D.C. to pursue numerous curiosities abroad. The next three years saw Nate ride a motorcycle through Vietnam, live and work in New Zealand, and drive a comically small car from Holland to Mongolia to raise money for the Movember Foundation benefiting men’s health. Needless to say, Nate was ready to settle down in Denver but was looking for his next challenge. This time, he ditched underpowered vehicles, obtained his real estate license, and began his career in real estate.

Three years and 30 transactions later, Nate absolutely loves being a part of such an important decision of people’s lives. Through empathy, expertise, and a bit of charisma, Nate prides himself in providing a comprehensive yet fun approach to real estate. Nate provides his buyers with the skill of strong offer writing and a win/win approach to negotiations that is consistently competitive in all markets. With sellers, Nate mixes his love for data and a creative approach to marketing to sell properties quickly and at the best price possible.

Along with experience in land purchases and new construction, Nate has also worked with investor clients and purchased a duplex himself. Through his own renovations and numerous challenges, Nate is able to provide insight from his own experience and a solid slate of contractors and other valuable connections that make the real estate process with him one that is complete and lasting.

When he is not working with clients, you can find Nate playing or watching soccer, skiing, trying his hand at pickleball, or rollerblading around west Denver. He will continue his pursuit of finding new bites, the best-valued neighborhoods, and the most underrated parks in Denver as it continues to evolve into one of the nation’s best cities.
