Nate is the owner of Trove Homes working as a professional home designer for clients’ homes, various builders in KC, and his own investment real estate. Nate has more than a decade of experience in analyzing each home, in real-time and on-site, for its potential and pitfalls which greatly helps save his real estate clients valuable time. Nate uses his design eye and professional relationships with agents, contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to help his real estate clients get their home staged and ready to list, or to help with remodeling their home after buying.

In addition to his extensive real estate experience, Nate is a decorated Air Force veteran and managed a worldwide non-profit for multiple years. Graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications, Nate has excelled in marketing, PR, and sales since 2008 - making for an unparalleled real estate experience based on communication, transparency, and dedication.
