Hello, I'm Nathalie Charles, a passionate and dedicated realtor proudly serving the Acadiana and surrounding areas.  Real estate is more than just a career for me - it's a calling rooted in my love for people, homes, and helping dreams come true.

With over 4 years of experience in the Acadiana market, I've developed a deep understanding of our neighborhoods, schools, and hidden gems.  While holding a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, I have over 30 years of experience working with the public through retail and being a first responder.  I am proud to be a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Realtor Association of Acadiana (RAA), ensuring I'm always bringing the best tools and knowledge to the table for my clients.  

But beyond the transactions, what truly sets me apart is how I treat every client like family.  I believe in honest conversations, thoughtful guidance, and celebrating the small wins along the way.  My clients know they can count on me - not just during the sale, but long after.
