Born and raised in East Flatbush, Nathalie Gaspard is a Brooklyn real estate professional whose Caribbean heritage and deep community roots shape the way she serves her clients. Her lifelong connection to Brooklyn gives her an authentic understanding of its neighborhoods, culture, and ever-evolving real estate market.

Before transitioning into real estate, Nathalie earned her bachelor's in hospitality from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and spent more than 12 years in New York City's hospitality industry. There, she developed a client-first approach built on exceptional service, strong communication, adaptability, and creative problem-solving. Whether navigating a competitive market or finding solutions unique to each client, she is committed to making every transaction as seamless and rewarding as possible.
