Since, I was in the market to find a real estate agent to sell my second home, I first contacted Nate and Kelly, during our first meeting, they delivered a professional presentation explaining what services they would provide, what they would deliver, how they would deliver, why they could deliver, and when they would deliver the goods. Also, they educated us on the pros and cons, and potential risk of selling a home. Second, Kelly and Nate walked through our home and generated a list of items to be resolved prior to putting our house on the market. Once all items were addressed, they scheduled a photo shoot, put together a truly amazing slide show and video presentation marketing our home on multiple real estate web pages. Third, Nate and Kelly set up a very successful open house, within days, of putting our home on the market. During the first open house, they received multiple offer, which ultimately landed us the deal we were looking for. Kelly and Nate found us a buyer in approximately 30 day from our first encounter, amazing!! Finally, Nate and Kelly where right there with us during the entire process, from opening the sell to closing sell. These real estate professionals delivered on their initial promise and exceeded our expectations.
