"I worked with Nathan from Team Wyman to find my house and he was a true gem in the rough this last few months. He was incredibly thorough, kind, and most importantly, on the ball when it came to showing me listings. Never having bought a house before, I had tons of questions and kind of felt confused before I spoke with him, but he answered all of my questions during the process, gave some comprehensive advice, and guided me in the right direction at every turn. It's certainly an intense process to buy a home, but Nathan's expertise, level headed nature and patience helped take some of that pressure off. Not for nothing, he's also an incredibly nice and pleasant guy, which made our time working together very enjoyable. In my case, where we were having some trouble finding some properties in my price range that checked all the necessary boxes for my needs, Nathan spotted a property that was pre-market on the MLS for me, and stayed on his toes to make sure I could see it the day it actually went on the market, that I ended up buying. It's been a few weeks since I've moved in, and all of the recommendations that he made were absolutely correct, and his negotiation skills actually helped me come to closing with seller concessions, which is super awesome in today's market. I cannot recommend them enough if you're looking for a place. Other realtors might have billboards all over the place or make bold claims they can't stand behind (like working 25 hours a day or whatever), but if you're looking for a team of realtors that knows Austin, will move heaven and earth to help you find your place, are consistently on the ball and are pleasant and fun to work with, go with Team Wyman." - Steve
