Nate Carlson approaches New York City real estate with a passion for helping people and a longtime interest in investing, development, and sales. To be able to help people find the perfect home in the city he loves is the true definition of a dream job.

Nate’s enthusiasm for real estate was first piqued during an urban studies class in high school. While earning his bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College, he entered the industry with an ongoing internship at a development firm, where he began forming insider knowledge of the real estate world. Today, Nate is a proud member of The Heard | Khedr Team at Compass, an award-winning group with more than 500 transactions and $100 million in total sales to its credit. His goal is to help each client understand the often complex details of the transaction, ensuring their needs are met and questions answered. Approachable and genuine, Nate is a tireless advocate for his clients and an indispensable asset for his fellow team members.

Nate hails from Buffalo and currently resides on the Upper East Side. His hobbies include exploring the city’s restaurants and art galleries, traveling, photography, and snowboarding.
