About Nathonas
Meet Nathonas, a Southern California Native and proud member of the Torres Martinez Desert Cahuilla Indians tribe. Born into a family with 7 siblings and absent biological parents, Nathonas’ early years were transformative ones. Raised by her loving grandparents, they instilled a strong sense of work ethic, independence, family values, and cultural pride; which are qualities that continue to shape who she is today.
Nathonas has over a decade of experience in management roles and has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and an ability to thrive in various professional environments. Her academic background in sociology, education, leadership development, and law constructed her understanding of society and its complexities, providing her with a unique perspective in her career.
Prior to Compass, Nathonas worked as a legal clerk for an employment discrimination and human rights advocacy firm. Shortly thereafter, Nathonas moved to Ventura, California with her husband and to pursue new opportunities and advance her career goals.
Currently, Nathonas is the Associate Sales Manager for Compass Santa Barbara & Montecito, bringing her expertise in management and interpersonal skills to drive her team towards greater success fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
Outside of work, Nathonas has a passion for continuous learning and personal development. In her downtime, Nathonas enjoys indulging in her hobbies. Amongst her favorites are playing Fortnite, reading, watching anime, doing beadwork, playing softball, and spending as much quality time as she can with her loving husband, puppy Rin, family, friends and any of her precious 24 nieces and nephews.
