Naudia Andrescavage

Naudia is a Scottsdale-based REALTOR®️ and founder of the Selling Sonoran Group at Compass, where she leads a growing team of agents focused on delivering a modern, client-centered real estate experience. As an Arizona native and graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing, Naudia has built her business around innovative/top-of-the-line marketing approaches and deep local knowledge of the Scottsdale and Greater Phoenix markets.

Before entering real estate, Naudia worked in business development and marketing for a civil engineering firm that designed infrastructure for neighborhoods across the Valley. That experience gave her a unique understanding of how communities are built, from roadways and water lines to the lifestyle and long-term value of a neighborhood. Today, she pairs that foundation with her strong marketing background to develop creative campaigns that help her listings stand out and maximize value for her clients.

Naudia is known for her forward-thinking approach to real estate marketing, utilizing digital media, video storytelling, and community-driven events to showcase homes and neighborhoods in a way that resonates with today’s buyers. She is also the creator of the Living Old Town Scottsdale brand and shares local insights, neighborhood tours, and market education through her YouTube channel and digital platforms.

In addition to helping traditional buyers and sellers, Naudia has developed a niche working with investors seeking short-term and long-term rental opportunities in the Scottsdale market. She helps clients identify STR-friendly properties, evaluate investment potential, and navigate the evolving landscape of vacation rental regulations and returns.

Naudia is passionate about mentoring the next generation of agents through her team while continuing to elevate the standard of real estate marketing in Arizona. Her clients value her transparency, creativity, and proactive communication as she guides them through one of life’s most important financial decisions.

Outside of real estate, Naudia has been actively involved with Valley of the Sun Active 20-30, supporting philanthropic initiatives that benefit children’s charities across Arizona.
