Naya Park is a Dallas-based real estate professional who believes buying or selling a home is never just a transaction. It is a pivotal life decision. She approaches each client not simply as a buyer or seller, but as an individual navigating an important turning point. For Naya, real estate requires both clarity of logic and depth of empathy. Numbers matter. Contracts matter. But so do timing, personal circumstances, and the emotions behind every move.
Naya studied law in Korea and went on to work on several major national election campaigns, where she was involved in strategy and operations. She later participated in global brand marketing and public relations initiatives, helping shape messaging and positioning across diverse audiences. These experiences trained her to analyze complex structures, understand competing interests, and communicate with precision and persuasion. Today, that background informs her negotiation style and her ability to guide clients through high-stakes decisions with steadiness and insight.
After moving to the United States, Naya transitioned into real estate and now serves clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, focusing primarily on residential properties. She works with first-time buyers, families, investors, and international clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Her approach combines thorough contract analysis and risk assessment with thoughtful conversations about lifestyle, long-term value, and personal goals. She does not push properties she does not believe in. Instead, she helps clients arrive at decisions they can stand behind with confidence.
Community involvement is an important part of who she is. Her husband previously served as the Finance Director of Highland Park ISD and now serves as the Deputy Superintendent of Carroll ISD. He is also a graduate of St. Markās School of Texas. Their children currently attend St. Rita, and the family is actively involved in local school and community events, including supporting initiatives within Highland Park and various private school communities. Through this involvement, Naya has developed a grounded understanding of how education, neighborhood culture, and long-term property value intersect.
In addition, she volunteers as a foster with Doodle Rock Rescue, supporting dog rescue and adoption efforts. As a Korean American, she actively contributes to bridging cultural understanding within the community and serves clients in both English and Korean with clarity and cultural fluency.
At Compass, Naya leverages industry-leading technology and marketing resources while maintaining her personal standards of integrity and care. Her guiding principles are simple: think structurally, understand emotionally, and act responsibly.
Real estate is one of the most significant financial and personal decisions anyone will make. Naya Park approaches that responsibility with discipline, warmth, and unwavering commitment.
