Raised on Chicago’s North Shore and now working between Chicago and Dubai, Nazy Hosseini brings more than 13 years of residential and investment real estate experience, a background in finance and a global network to every client relationship.
Her interest in real estate began early, watching her father invest in properties throughout Chicago. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from the University of Illinois Chicago, Nazy built a career across finance, digital advertising, politics and commercial construction before transitioning into real estate full time.
Today, she advises buyers, sellers and investors throughout Chicagoland, specializing in residential sales, multifamily investments and value-add opportunities. Her financial background allows her to go beyond the surface—using comparable sales, market data, income projections and thoughtful analysis to help clients understand not only what to buy or sell, but why.
Nazy has built her business primarily through referrals, repeat clients and long-standing relationships. Her approach combines data-driven guidance with highly personalized, white-glove service. In March 2024, Nazy expanded her life and business to Dubai, becoming a UAE resident and licensed Dubai real estate professional specializing in commercial and investment property. She now advises clients across Chicago, Dubai and Abu Dhabi on commercial acquisitions and dispositions, office and retail leasing, and investments involving offices, land, warehouses and commercial buildings.
She also helps companies establish or expand within the UAE, coordinating business setup and licensing through trusted specialists while helping clients identify and secure the right commercial space.
