About Ned

A Pacific Northwest native, Ned graduated from the University of Colorado and moved to LA to pursue his dream of acting. 8 years later, with national tv campaigns under his belt, he moved back to Seattle with his wife. After Ned completed his personal home renovation, he was encouraged to consider a new career. So began a successful career in real estate where he discovered his true calling; supporting people of all experiences through their homeownership goals and personal growth. In partnership with Bob Bennion and Mary Snyder, Ned’s team was the #1 medium team in Washington state in 2021, 2022, and 2023 by sales volume. Besides his love of people and real estate, Ned is an ardent supporter of the performing arts, co-founding the Prodigy Project, a non-profit program designed for the most promising young filmmakers and songwriters from around the world. When not listening to audio books of the Lord of the Rings, Ned can most often be found exploring outside with his wife and four daughters, cooking and playing music.
