
A native Washingtonian, Ned was born and raised on Capitol Hill, where his passion for real estate took root early. His father owned Kraemer and Company, a Hill-based brokerage, instilling in him a deep appreciation for local architecture and design.
After attending St. Peterās Interparish School and St. Anselmās Abbey School, Ned studied at St. Maryās College of Maryland before returning to his beloved hometown. Prior to real estate, he managed several well-known local restaurants, honing his skills in customer service and community connection.
Since launching his real estate career in 2010, Ned has built a reputation for his market expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a practical, even-keeled approach to helping clients achieve their goals. Whether buying or selling, his in-depth knowledge of DCās neighborhoods and housing market is an invaluable asset.
Ned lives on Philadelphia Row on Capitol Hill with his wife, Lauren, and their two daughters, Viola and Addie. They recently completed a full down-to-the-studs renovation of their home, giving him firsthand experience in the ins and outs of home construction and design. When he's not helping clients, he enjoys barbecuing with friends, playing golf, and walking his dog, Howie. A devoted DC sports fan and supporter of the local music scene, Ned is passionate about the vibrant culture that makes Washington, DC, feel like home.
