Ned Rote

Ned is a second-generation real-estate professional with expertise in helping buyers, sellers, and investors of residential and multi-unit properties in San Francisco. His experience buying and selling his own homes and his natural eye for design help his clients see what others may miss. 

His clients praise his deeply analytical approach to understanding overall market trends and the competitive value of individual properties. His masterful negotiation tactics with others involved in the transaction and his direct but supportive style in coaching his clients to success is also well appreciated. 

Before real estate, Ned spent almost twenty years working in technology, bringing a high understanding of the user experience as it relates to the home. Ned's title at McKinsey was Solution Designer – which is very apropos. Ned received his BS in Economics and Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from Columbia. 

Outside of work, Ned enjoys woodworking, cooking, and scratching other people’s dogs.
