Neda DeSigio

Neda DeSigio grew up in beautiful West Lake Sammamish, in Bellevue Washington. While she was still young, her family moved to Irvine, CA. There, Neda finished the rest of her schooling and continued on to obtain her BA, with an emphasis in International Business, from Chapman University.

Soon thereafter, Neda went into sales and found her niche in the mortgage industry, becoming a licensed loan officer. Through a determined work ethic and a client-first mentality, she quickly rose to become a top-performer in the mortgage industry and kept that leading rank for several years, growing a large following of trusting and repeat clients. From there, Neda followed the natural progression from licensed loan officer, to then becoming a licensed real estate agent.

For 10 years she had successfully carried out a variety of real estate duties helping in the family business as an account and property manager. Everything from facilitating loans, securing properties domestically and internationally; including real estate transactions and initiating detailed lease agreements and tenant management.

A qualification that sets Neda apart is that she has managed and overseen several residential renovations and brings her expertise and knowledge to her clients in order to enhance their property for future equity or a profitable resale.

Neda is a loving wife and mother of 2 boys and resides locally in Newport Beach, CA. When she’s not working, she enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, watching the latest movie in theaters, snow skiing and visiting her hometown in WA.
