"Neil Caesar made the experience of selling our home less painful than we expected. This was our first sale and we were very green. Neil's knowledge, expertise and experience made us feel at ease. Neil walked us through every step of the process, and there were A LOT of steps. He explained everything he did in great detail and offered advice when we needed it, which was most of the time. When we were unsure and let him use his best judgement, it worked in our favor every time. Neil explained what to expect through every phase and was completely transparent with us, which was very refreshing. Neil's professionalism and accommodating nature turned what could have been a harrowing experience into a successful process for us. Neil went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful. His patience and reliability are things that you hope for but do not always get. We listed the house on a Wednesday, hosted the open house that Saturday, had almost 20 solid offers on Sunday and were in contract by Monday morning at over $50K above listing. We went with the best offer that suited our needs and closed 3.5 months later. It would have been sooner but the end of year holidays were difficult to manage around, to no fault of his own.
