About Neil

Originally from Eastern Oregon Neil Sutfin grew up working cattle and training horses in the foothills of the Warner Mountains. His family owns a cow calf operation and have been ranching for over 70 years in California and Oregon.

Upon graduating from high school Neil felt a higher calling and enlisted in the US Army Airborne attached to the 82^nd Airborne. A quote often heard by Neil is “I was raised on a ranch, but I grew up in the Army.” In total four years was spent wearing the uniform earning the rank of Sgt. and earning awards such as: Soldier of the Cycle, George Patton Award, Excellence in Armor and multiple Army Achievement Metals.

After his time in the military Neil decided to invest in his education and relocated to Fort Worth, Texas and attend Texas Christian University to pursue a Bachelors in Ranch Management from the prestigious TCU Ranch Management School. After graduation Neil began his Real Estate career with Christie’s International Real Estate specializing in new construction and Land sales; in 2022 Neil expanded his real estate services to include Oklahoma and join G7 Ranch Group. Neil is currently working towards becoming a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser completing the required hours in Residential and Ranch properties.

When he is not out selling ranches or homes, Neil likes to ride his motorcycle, work with horses, go dancing, hunting/ fishing or just read a good book. As an adventurer Neil has been to South Africa, Canada, Mexico, and across the United States.

Neil specializes in Land and Ranch, Residential, New Construction and Commercial Development and is licensed in Texas and Oklahoma. In addition to real estate Neil is also a Licensed Appraiser Trainee with the goal of earning his Certified General Appraisers license with a focus on Texas farms and Ranches.

He is a member of the Texas Southwest Cattle Raisers Association, Knights of Columbus, and Relators Land Institute.
