Nelli’s passion for real estate began with purchasing her first home—an experience that inspired her to help others navigate the process with confidence. Today, she guides clients across Los Angeles through transactions ranging from residential homes and new construction to commercial properties.
Nelli holds a Master of Studies in Law from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Woodbury University. Her background in business and legal studies informs her thoughtful approach to contracts, negotiations, and problem-solving, with her clients’ best interests at the center of every decision.
As co-owner of multiple fitness studios, Nelli also brings firsthand experience in business operations, marketing, and building lasting client relationships. She combines this entrepreneurial perspective with attentive service and clear communication to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions.
