About Nelson
Nelson White brings an institutional investor’s eye to Georgia real estate. Before earning his license, he built a career in valuation at KPMG and institutional research at RockCreek, work that trained him to read a property the way an analyst reads an asset. He holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler and recently served as a Director at TCS Pace.
Nelson is an active investor across the Atlanta, Macon, and Columbus markets, and he underwrites every deal before he recommends it, including the ones he advises clients to walk away from. Buyers get an honest read on what a house is worth. Sellers get someone who knows which numbers a serious buyer will scrutinize.
He is also the creator of Graced Threshold, an architectural photography project documenting Atlanta’s quietly overlooked homes and relocated locally with his wife and daughter.
