About Nephele
Nephele has a passion for homes, new construction, home design and helping people. She brings unique qualifications and perspective to real estate as a co-owner of a luxury home staging company in Houston called Perfectly Staged Designs, LLC. She and her partner started this company from the ground up and have staged over 300 homes in three and a half years in West University, Bellaire, South Hampton, River Oaks, Memorial, and the Heights.
Nephele has acquired a large inventory of high-end furniture and accessories and played an integral role in helping her clients to prepare and market their homes for sale. Nephele has been fortunate to work with and learn from over 40 of Houston’s top agents, many of them with Compass.
In addition to Nephele’s experience as a business owner and home stager, she has overseen the custom building of her own homes, twice, and assisted friends and family with remodels for the last 20 years.
Nephele is a native Houstonian and long-time resident of Bellaire. Nephele’s father immigrated here from Greece and was a physician at MD Anderson Cancer Center for 40 years. Nephele grew up meeting his patients and learning to show kindness to all people. She brings this kindness and her passion for helping people to real estate.
Nephele lives in Bellaire with her husband and two children, who attend the Emery Weiner School.
