Nevan, born and raised right outside of Austin, Texas, first visited the Emerald Coast in 2013 and instantly developed an obsession for the area. From the beautiful beaches, amazing golf, and luxury real estate, Nevan and his family considered the Emerald Coast as a home away from home. After vacationing for years, in 2019 Nevan and his family decided to invest in their first property in Miramar Beach, and decided to add to that in 2020, and finally moving here full time in 2021.
Some of Nevan’s favorite activities in his free time include taking a scenic drive down 30A, enjoying a round of golf at the Sandestin courses, and dining with his family at Shunk Gulley, Mimmo’s, and Red Bar.
