Niccol Kording

Niccol Kording moved from Southern California to New York City to fulfill a dream of living in the city she fell in love with years ago. With a background practicing law, working in higher education, writing, and volunteering behind the scenes in theatre, she brings a unique perspective to the real estate market. Her theatre experience has given Niccol a great understanding of space, light, and design, which she uses to help her clients identify the best homes for themselves. As an educator and lawyer, Niccol believed in partnering with students and clients by walking alongside them as a basis for learning and problem solving. She approaches real estate and life the same way, as relationships with common goals.

An experienced negotiator, Niccol uses her understanding of apartments, along with her attention to detail in helping friends and family in their searches for homes and apartments. After renting and purchasing property in New York City, she decided to turn her passion for real estate into a profession.

She and her husband parent a college-aged son and a recent NYU graduate, as well as a precocious rescue named Maggie. In her free time, Niccol travels, as well as explores museums, art galleries, theatre, music, restaurants, and one-of-a-kind experiences only found in the city. This has deepened her love and understanding of the personalities of each neighborhood of the city.
