Nicholas is a luxury real estate agent based in the Avalon and Stone Harbor market at the Jersey Shore. He specializes in working with buyers and sellers of local high-end properties. Nicholas’ niche is waterfront. He has a wealth of knowledge and connections to make sure his clients’ transactions are handled right when selling or buying on the bay or beach.
