"Nick was fantastic during our first time home buying. He assisted with getting in touch with a lender for pre-approval process. From there, he helped us search and view a variety of homes. We found a home that we thought was right for us but the inspection was awful. Nick helped us move away from that property and about a month later, we found our starter home. The home featured everything we wanted and we saw potential for updates we could put in and customize ourselves. The house was about to have an open house weekend so making an appealing offer was most crucial. Nick provided the best advice for negotiation so that we could secure the home before the sellers had their open house. It worked out perfectly for us and the sellers. Everyone was happy. We love our home and we look forward to him helping us sell this home and purchase our forever home in the near future. Nick also has sources for reputable contractors. We used one of his sources to replace all of the carpet before we moved in. The prices were extremely reasonable, the quality was great and the contractor was able to fulfill the work in a short period of time. We highly recommend Nick to anyone who is looking for someone with a great deal of experience and strong negotiation skills.""

"I am an Architectural Project Manager, my back ground of course is in construction. I have never met a realtor so well versed in regards to the home systems, such as; the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing items, etc. It gave me more stability and confidence in making my decision on the purchase of any home. Because he has an in-depth understanding of construction, he has the foresight to alert you of any items that may become an issue down the road.. His honestly is impeccable. With all that said, when I eventually made my final decision, I felt very comfortable in knowing that this home was the right purchase. I would definitely recommend Nick as a realtor; actually, I would not suggest any other realtor."

"Nick did a great job by advising us with how to prepare our home to sell and how best to consider our offers. Our home was sold within one week! I highly recommend him as his experience and professionalism really paid off!"

"Nick helped us find just the house we wanted and at a great price. We were looking for an older house with character in a walkable neighborhood, and he only showed us houses that fit what we wanted (which is not the case with all realtors). He was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend him."

"Nick sold my old house, as well as my wife's old house. He also helped us in buying our new house. He's been in the Baltimore area for years and knows the neighborhoods well. He was patient and answered all of our questions as we went on our house hunt. His knowledge and expertise allowed us to not have to worry about the details, but to just be able to focus on finding the place that would be our home."

"Nick was great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. After sitting on the market for months we fired our first realtor and went with Nick. He listed and sold our listing in less than a month. Great job."

★★★★★
"Nick is a powerhouse realtor that's a huge asset to his clients - whether buying or selling a home. When we relocated to Baltimore, his knowledge of the area was instrumental in putting us right where we wanted to be. When we were relocated again (and with an extremely short transfer time) Nick was in high gear from conversation one and connected us with all the teams you need to get a house ready to sell. With his extremely high personal standards, he has curated a fantastic network of trades people. Every team he sent to our home was top notch and treated it with care. I am sure Nick has many clients, but he always made us feel like we were his top priority. Nick Hollick is the partner you need in real estate - I only wish we could move him to Texas."

★★★★★
"As first time homebuyers, we couldn't have had a better realtor than Nick. We entered the market at a very challenging time and didn't know at all what we were doing. Nick guided us the whole way, answering all our questions without trying to sway us in any direction. He was attentive to our preferences and was able to show us both houses on our list and ones he found that he thought would be a good fit. We wound up getting the first house we put an offer on, largely due to Nick's great connections in the industry and his negotiation skills. Obviously the crazy market led to some bumps along the way but he was always very supportive and attentive. We would definitely recommend Nick (and have already) to anyone looking for a home in the Baltimore area!"

"We worked with Nick while we were still living in Hawaii and relayed our strict timelines to him. We were only in the area for a week and Nick had a great game plan laid out upon our arrival. He showed us multiple areas and both ends of our price range and preference. We were under contract before we ever left the area! Would totally recommend Nick to anyone regardless of where they are buying from!"

"Nick Hollick has been an amazing realtor, very professional and as well personal. We are a first time home buyers and still learning the process and steps when we met him yet Nick was very warm, accommodating, reliable and patient with our questions. He made himself available to when we need to make a quick call or even a short notice to meet up to view a certain property. I felt that he understood our needs and the things we are looking for in a home. Nick is also very honest when we asked him of his views and opinions and we value his expertise very much. In short he made sure that we are well looked after. Finally, when we decided on our first house, Nick made it very easy for us. He helped us build a strong offer, helped us with the negotiations that led us to obtain the house of our dreams. He truly worked well and beyond what one could expect, staying in touch constantly and helping us close the deal in a very short time. He truly cares for his clients and he was wonderful to work with. I couldn’t be more grateful for him and what he has done for us. Now, we are settling into our dream home and still feels surreal until now. Again, Thank you so much Nick!"
