About Nicholas
Nick is a lifelong Greater Philadelphian and comes to the On The Square Team with a strong background in construction, portfolio, and property management. Having moved from the burbs to the city in 2014 while obtaining his risk-management degree from Temple University, there's no one better to help you navigate the Philly area real estate market. Nick also resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is an expert in the South Florida market as well as the process of relocating South having done so himself. He brings this knowledge and experience to the Florida Exclusive Living Team, an award winning luxury real estate team. 

Nick truly understands what it takes to make people feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the entire home buying and selling process.
