Nicholas Liebman helps people find their place in New York City. Specializing in condos, co-ops, and homes throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, he combines sharp market knowledge with the creative, human touch that turns a complex process into a collaborative one (client's even have fun).
As part of The Magnet Team at Compass, Nick works alongside a powerhouse group with more than 50 years of collective NYC experience. Before real estate, he spent over a decade in digital marketing, leading content and brand strategy at companies like Powtoon and Anyword. Nick is a master of how to connect with audiences through clarity, creativity, and trust. Those same skills now drive his approach to real estate: understanding what people truly want, telling the right story about every property, and making sure clients find the perfect property or buyers that meet their needs exactly.
His path has never been linear, and thatās part of what makes Nick effective. He began his career in the events industry, earned a masterās degree in music composition, and worked as a community organizer and educator in the non-profit sphere before his time as a brand and marketing expert.
Originally from Chicago, heās lived around the worldāincluding in Tel Avivāand brings that global perspective to every client relationship. In addition to his powerhouse communication skills in English, Nick is also conversant in Hebrew.
Based in the West Village with his husband, Nick is still guided by the same creative curiosity and community-minded spirit that have shaped his entire career. His goal: to make the process of finding home feel as inspired and grounded as the city itself.
