He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Marketing Management from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech and the Blackwood Real Estate Department.

A lifelong outdoor enthusiast, Nick earned the rank of Eagle Scout and completed the Boy Scouts of America's prestigious Triple Crown of High Adventure Camps, trekking Philmont, paddling Northern Tier, and diving at Seabase. He stays active through weight training, hiking San Diego’s many trails, and playing golf whenever he gets the chance.
