Based in Mission Valley, Nick serves buyers and sellers across San Diego County with a focus on clear strategy, strong execution, and consistent communication. Nick approaches real estate with an operator mindset. He prioritizes understanding each client’s goals, building a clear plan, and guiding them through the process with confidence, whether they are buying their first home, upgrading, or investing. His goal is simple: help clients make informed decisions and win in a competitive market.

With experience in both residential and commercial real estate across the East and West Coasts, Nick brings a well-rounded perspective and strong market awareness to every transaction. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Marketing Management from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech.

Outside of real estate, Nick stays active through weight training, hiking San Diego’s trails, and playing golf. He is also an Eagle Scout and completed the Boy Scouts of America’s Triple Crown of High Adventure.
