Nick graduated from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business with degrees in Real Estate and Marketing Management before relocating from Northern Virginia to San Diego in 2024. His background in both real estate and marketing provides clients with valuable insight into market dynamics, property valuation, and strategic decision-making.

Outside of real estate, Nick enjoys weight training, hiking San Diego's trails, and playing golf. He is also an Eagle Scout and completed the Boy Scouts of America's Triple Crown of High Adventure, including expeditions at Philmont Scout Ranch, Northern Tier, and Sea Base.
