Always one to embrace change and a new adventure, upon retiring from a thriving psychotherapy practice in Beverly Hills, he jumped feet first into the world of real estate sales as an agent.
Real estate has always been a passion and has complimented his extensive background in cosmetics sales and marketing, asset and project development, as well as behavioral healthcare. Though new to Compass and working as a real estate agent in New York, he has invested, developed and sold personal and family real estate holdings for the past 25 years. He personally owns residential and commercial properties in New York, California and Jacksonville, Florida in particular, where he is currently developing a medical facility. Through these holdings, he has also gained experience in complex deals including 1031 exchanges, residential, and commercial sales.
The central tenet of his entire work life has been the gratification received in working with people and intuitively understanding what motivates them and what they need. Seeing positive change in their lives through the very empowering and often life-changing match with their future home or investment property brings him the joy and purpose to continue growing his business.
