Nick embarked on his real estate career in 2018, inspired by his family's success in building generational wealth through real estate after immigrating from the Portuguese Islands of the Azores. Witnessing this success firsthand, Nick is committed to helping other families achieve their own real estate goals within Silicon Valley. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Nick brings an in-depth understanding of Santa Clara County’s diverse neighborhoods. His previous career as a bartender in downtown San Jose honed his communication skills and work ethic, while also allowing him to build a broad network. Nick is a Certified Negotiation Expert, a prestigious designation from Harvard University that underscores his expertise in navigating complex negotiations. In his personal time, Nick enjoys traveling with his wife and two children, remodeling his home, and engaging in outdoor activities such as snowboarding and hiking, as well as training in Jiu-Jitsu. Since joining the Bonafede Team in 2022, Nick has distinguished himself as one of the Top 10% of agents in Santa Clara County, reflecting his dedication and success in the field.
