"Nick was amazingly responsive knowledgeable through every step of the process. From the date we first contacted him, we had an -person meeting the next day, dozens of potential homes the following day we saw ~15 homes within the next week. "Nick helped us with finding a new home in Arlington Heights. We had a very precise vision list of needs wants although that narrowed options down considerable he never let us feel like he was rushing us or convincing us to change our expectations. During our search we highly appreciated his insights with regards to how much alterations / remodels / changes to aspects of houses would cost including timelines. This helped us tremendously in assessing whether a house would be a good fit or not.
We almost closed on one house which ended up not passing inspection like we had hoped again, he made sure to convey that he would fully support us going to searching.
