About Nick
Since moving to Colorado in 2008, I’ve been captivated by life along the Front Range. The variety of ways to get outside — hiking, downhill skiing, landscape photography, and simply being on the mountain is unmatched. This is where I feel closest to my family, and where we’re the most present with each other.

I enjoy real estate because it lets me serve people at an important moment in their lives. I take great pride in providing expert analysis, strategic guidance, and total service to my clients as they make life-shaping decisions — and I love how well I get to know them throughout their journey - and how much I learn from them. Every relationship is unique and every day is unique.

I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2004 with a BSBA and Cum Laude distinction, dual specializing in Marketing and Finance. It was important to me to finish in four years — and I did — by taking classes while working summers to make that happen. Before real estate, I worked at an event ticketing software company - ultimately serving as COO, and was part of the executive team that led the company through a successful acquisition.

That successful sale allowed me to put down payments on a few investment properties in Summit County in 2016 and Crested Butte in 2017, which I operate as short-term rentals that both cash flow and serve as family getaways. Purchasing and self-managing those properties not only sparked my love for real estate — it developed my deep technical and financial understanding of the industry, the tax advantages, and the power real estate offers as an investment while providing utility to me and my family. I have never stopped enjoying it.

Since 2018, I’ve closed more than 50 transactions and over $50 million in volume. I’m also the current Chairman of the Board for the Superior Chamber of Commerce, supporting business, leadership, and local community.

When I’m not showing properties, analyzing comps, or negotiating deals, I love skiing, hiking, golf, and coaching my kids’ sports teams. I married my wife, Sarah, on my 31st birthday in 2012 — and today we live in this incredible place with our two kids, Brinley and Nolan.

It’s a privilege to serve the front range community — and I’m committed every day to helping people make exceptional decisions specific to their needs, wants, and dreams.
