Nick was born and raised in SoHo and brings lifelong knowledge and keen insight into the mood and feel of today's unique marketplace. Nick has bought and sold multiple properties of his own downtown and is now settled in a townhouse on the historic, landmarked MacDougal Sullivan Gardens with his wife and two daughters. When he's not in the city, he enjoys spending time at his house on Shelter Island.
