Nick is a 2nd generation Phoenix native, having graduated from Sunnyslope High School, Arizona State University, and having lived all over the valley.

Nick takes pride in being detail oriented through every phase of the buying and selling process, finding off market properties for buyers and investors as much as possible, helping advise on the building/design phase of new construction, and helping sellers maximize their largest asset they own when it's time to sell.

Nick believes a 5-star white glove luxury service is a necessity for clients of all home sizes, price points, and area. The key to great service and a great real estate experience is anticipating potential problems and finding solutions to those before they happen, setting expectations up front for all possibilities and scenarios so clients are never caught off guard, and communicating daily through every step of the buying and selling process.

In his spare time, Nick is a father of two beautiful children, Ethan and Lilly, is married to his loving wife Erica Ptak, who owns a marketing and branding agency for realtors and small businesses. Nick loves Arizona sports, loves supporting local restaurants and coffee shops, traveling and being outdoors, playing basketball and pickleball, and spending as much time with friends and family.
