Nick Sborlini

Nick has been a licensed Realtor since 2022, with prior experience working in inside sales at Keller Williams, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of the industry. A lifelong resident of Chester County, Nick brings a deep understanding of the local market and a passion for helping his clients find their perfect home. Nick completed his education at Great Valley High School, West Chester University, and Cabrini University.  He developed strong communication and business skills that he now applies to deliver exceptional service with his team.

With his solid background in customer service and high production sales history, Nick understands the importance of putting clients first, maintaining consistency, and being readily available to meet their needs. He leverages the tools and resources provided by Compass & the Goldman Group to overcome challenges in selling any property, whether through additional marketing, staging, or necessary improvements.  His goal is always to keep clients' motivations at the forefront, guiding them through every step of the real estate process with dedication and care.

Outside of his real estate career, Nick is an avid fitness enthusiast and bodybuilder, committed to maintaining balance and discipline in all aspects of his life. He also enjoys working on his Jeep and going rock crawling with friends, embracing the thrill of adventure. This combination of focus, perseverance, and a love for challenges is reflected in how Nick approaches real estate—always striving to help his clients achieve their dreams.
