Nick Schossow

Nick is a Colorado native and it shows in his love for Colorado sports, his heart for his community, and appreciation for the foothills landscape. Nick grew up in Golden, CO and moved to Arizona post high school to pursue college baseball where he studied Construction Management at Arizona State University. After meeting his now wife Belinda, he decided to stay in the desert for 11 years and pursue his passion for entrepreneurship. Nick owned and sold two successful service based businesses in Arizona between 2008-2015. In 2015, Nick and his family moved to Colorado for him to pursue a career in Real Estate. He is devoted to caring for his clients, advising them throughout the “new home” buying experience, and watching their dream and new homes come to life. With five years in the luxury new home arena, Nick is looking forward to helping clients find their dream home in the Colorado Market.

Nick and his wife, Belinda currently live in Littleton with their 3 children, Toby, Levi, and Isabella. They love to be outside exploring Colorado’s landscape during every season.
