I've always had a keen interest in real estate," Nick says. After graduating from the University of Iowa, Nick decided to make the move to Chicago in 2003 & began selling property. Over the past decade Nick has built a stellar career representing discerning clients & high-end properties.

Nick has always ensured the protection of all personal & commercial assets of clients, researched potential construction sites & also suggested current growth opportunities. Nick loves analysis & in-depth strategy & comes to the table with a passion for actuarial analysis, asset management in real estate.

In 2014, Nick decided to move back to Iowa to begin a new venture as Broker/Owner of Integrity Real Estate that services Spirit Lake, Spencer and the Iowa Great Lakes. Prior to Nick's involvements in Real Estate sales, Nick's past experience includes Project Management for Berkshire Holdings, LLC that Nick owns & operates. Nick's experiences include Estimating & Coordinating multiple projects. This gave Nick an opportunity to create & be involved in building design and architecture, along with the Construction/Development process.

In 2018, Nick pursued his license in Arizona as a Broker Associate with Compass Real Estate.
