Born in Maryland and raised in Northern Virginia, Nico later lived in Florida before serving six years in the United States Marine Corps, including time in North Carolina and California with three overseas deployments. These experiences shaped his strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to service, qualities he brings to every real estate transaction.
