About Nicolas
Nicolas Freese brings a rare blend of discipline, business acumen, and deep community roots to every real estate transaction he handles.
Born in Nice, France in 1984, Nicolas moved to Florida in 1996 and has called the Palm Beach area home ever since. Before entering real estate, he pursued a career as a professional golfer, competing for three years and honing the focus and competitive edge that now serve his clients at the negotiating table.
Nicolas holds an Associate's degree in Golf Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management and Psychology, both from Keiser University, along with a Master's degree in Sports Management from the University of Florida. This academic foundation, paired with real-world business experience, gives him a well-rounded perspective on client needs and market strategy.
A true entrepreneur, Nicolas owns and operates his family's women's retail store in Palm Beach — a business his family established in France 50 years ago and has carried forward for two generations. That same commitment to legacy, quality, and personal service defines his approach to real estate.
Nicolas has lived across some of the most desirable communities on the East Coast, including seven years in Southampton, NY, and the past decade in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. He and his family also maintain a home in Cashiers, NC, giving him firsthand knowledge of luxury markets from the Hamptons to the Carolina mountains to South Florida's coast.
He is married to Carolina, and together they are raising their son, Gabriel, who is two and a half years old. Family is at the center of everything Nicolas does, and it shows in the care and attention he brings to helping clients find not just a house, but a home.
Whether you're buying your first property or searching for a legacy estate, Nicolas Freese offers the local insight, global perspective, and personal dedication to guide you every step of the way.
